• Project Healing Waters (PHW) is a Veteran centric program that provides its participants the opportunity to find peace through the restorative benefits of fly fishing.
• Participants annually participate in five areas of emphasis: education, fly tying, rod building, fly casting, and fly fishing.
• Each participant, at no cost, is supplied the necessary tools and equipment for use in each aspect of the program.
